You guys need to add support for other formats like AAC(m4a) and possibly FLAC and what not. AAC is better than MP3 in terms of lossy format.

I am afraid but Asus customer service tells me otherwise. Asus gives no guarantee for 500 Gb of webstorage upon purchasing a 1015PEM, nor of any correspondence between an eeePC and its specifications.

When asked why my 1015PEM didn’t support 500 Gb of webstorage, the answer I received from Asus customer service reads as follows:

“It also says:
- All specifications and terms are subject to change without notice. Please check
with your supplier for exact offers on selected models. Products may not be available
in all markets.
- Product may not be exactly as shown in images”

The name of your representative is Nils and the case ID is RWTM201103082214502439-561, you can check it for yourself.

Guys, I emailed support about my unlimited storage account and got a totally weird answer like someone didn’t even read it. I know how to register, I don’t need instruction. I need unlimited space. My problem is that I’ve registered for the free unlimited storage for 1 year using my asus transformer “mycloud” app on the unit. Even though I’ve used the device to register, it only gives me 2GB of space. I tried to create another one…it’s still only gives me 2GB. Can you remove the 2GB limit please. The userID is npung. If you need any more information please email me…
